Oreo chocolate cake

Recipe:
180C. Grease two 8in tins. Crush oreos, (just enough for the cake). Sift flour, cocoa, baking soda and powder in bowl. Beat buttermilk, oil, eggs, vanilla. Add flour mixture on low speed. Fold in coffee, then crushed oreo bits. Pour in pan, bake for 35min. Frosting: 200g butter, icing sugar, crushed oreos. (icing sugar really depends on how sweet you want the cake, just keep on adding until you’re satisfied) Beat butter until smooth, sift in icing sugar. When you added ALL the icing sugar u want. Fold in oreos. Frost cake Place 1 layer, flat side up, on a flat plate or cake pedestal. With a knife or offset spatula, spread the top with frosting. Place the second layer on top, rounded side up, and spread the frosting evenly on the top and sides of the cake.
