orange+lemon turkish delight jelly squares

Recipe: use an 8x8 in pan.
2c sugar
1 lemon’s juice
1 orange peel cut into strips
1 orange’s juice
4tbsp powdered gelatin
2tbsp icing sugar
1tbsp cornstarch
1 1/4c water
Dissolve sugar in water over medium heat. Add orangep eel and juices, bring to boil, simmer 15 minutes. Soak gelatin in mixture for 5 minutes. Strain into pan. Set in refrigerator until set, (it’s not overnight) around few hours (4? 5?)
Cut into squares, sift icing sugar and cornstarch in bowl. Roll squarse in mixture. Serve.
