i never made any of those but, really it’s just getting any cheesecake recipe and putting it in the cupcake liner, oh and with a biscuit at the bottom!
for example, oreo cheesecake cupcakes (i’d half therecipe): do as recipe said, but not the base part. put one oreo at the bottom of cupcake liner. Pour cheesecake filling in. refrigerate.
