Recipe adapted from Sorted
4 chicken pieces- i used 4 drumsticks
250 ml yoghurt
splash of milk
1tbsp black pepper
1 1/2cube chicken stock
3 garlic cloves chopped to small bits
Preheat oven to 180C. Peel skin off chicken. Trim off excess Fat
Heat oil in frying pan (i used a wok) to 180C. -basically until hot and when u put stuff in it sizzles and makes noise
Mix cornstarch and mixed herbs and spices together in bowl.
Mix the splash of milk with yoghurt in bowl. dunk drumstick into yoghurt mix and coat.
Coat drumstick with cornstarch mix. Carefully put in frying pan and fry ( i shallow fried it so it wasn’t completely submerged in oil) for 3-4 min until outside is golden and crispy. Put in baking tray.
Bake for 25 min at 180C so that insides are cooked.
